Club Meet April 16th

Our next club meeting is Saturday April 16th, 9 AM at the YMCA.  All are welcome and guests are encouraged to attend.  Topics of the meeting will include general club business and updates, Limaland Tour update and volunteer status/sign-up, and a guest speaker!  Come out and learn about the TRR Bicycle Club and about our local bike pathways and parks.
Kevin Haver, director of the Johnny Appleseed Parks District, will attend our meeting and give a small discussion about our local bicycle pathways, perspective of developing and maintaining paths as well as long term projects that may come in the future.  Kevin is a great resource to have for our parks districts and is also supportive of bicycle activities.  We will have a casual, but informative meeting.
We will ride our scheduled Riverwalk Ride and possibly additional road ride following the meeting.

Winter Social Success!!!

Team Roadrunner’s annual winter meal social is complete and a success!  At least 25 of our members met up last Saturday to catch up on good times, kick off the 2016 TRR year, complete new enrollment and hear the latest on club information at Lulu’s Diner.  Thanks to Lulu’s Diner for allowing us to meet up on a busy Saturday.  We are at nearly 30 club members already on the first day of 2016 enrollment!  It’s looking like a great start to the year.

Note the summer tours and ride events on the meeting agenda file that TRR plans to attend this summer.  Lots of local rides happening!  Especially our Limaland Tour, June 18th ;).
